    As president and chief operating officer I need to make sure that we attract and develop the best possible group of talent. As such, providing our team with the best tools possible is key.

    We use SuccessFactors internally to help us with that process. One of the most valuable tools we use is continuous feedback. This allows our team to keep their focus on superb quality delivery and clear expectations setting from team members to management and the other way around.
